It was not so difficult to imagine how it is made, how it tastes and how much my hubby might like it. Actually, it is quite simple to keep happy the guy when it comes to treats. Oh hi guys! Thanks for visiting your regularly planned Wellness Thursday post! Today's how-to was influenced by me attempting to slice out excess sugars in my diet plan a few years back. First, I started reading the nutritional labels on everything I ate. Works out that almost 15+ grams of sugars were via my morning hours or evening greek yogurt snack. Yep, it's true!
Did you know that most of the fruit-based greek yogurts around add cane glucose and/or syrup to sweeten the yogurt? That's therefore unnecessary, not think? I mean I'll admit I really like a sweet afternoon snack but when realized HOW MUCH sugar they actually added I was disturbed. Surely I possibly could find another way to enjoy greek yogurt without spoonfuls of added sugar, right?
First I started experimenting by just eating simple greek yogurt, nonetheless it was much too tart for me personally. I couldn't even eat more than 1/4 of a cup without attempting to throw it aside. The yogurt needed a little something else in there to create it more appealing.
